Construction Update

We are moving full-speed ahead at Caracol and are excited to share with you our progress and milestones! Follow ing is a list of projects that are underway:

  • Phase One (includes landscaping, canals, utilities, pavement of roads, pool, pavilion, volleyball court and front entrances) of construction is completed
  • Custom Homes under construction and scheduled for Fall 2008 completion, please visit the link to view the flyers (flyers on Breakwater website)

Caracol Has Mailboxes!

Cool news! Just in from the Post Office, Caracol residents will enjoy convenient mailboxes within the community. Unlike the rest of Port O’Connor which utilizes PO Boxes, Caracol residents will have actual street addresses and mailboxes for easy shipping and receiving. Now the only trip Caracol residents will have to make to the Post Office is for stamps.
